She has delivered bespoke culinary experiences in many environments, from restaurants and gastro pubs, to super-yachts across the Greek Islands, yoga centres in Ibiza, outside catering events (including high-profile weddings), longevity retreats in St. Tropez, chef training at the South African Zuka game reserve, and various global food pop-ups over the years.
Siobhan brings a refined, artisan approach to her craft, combining classical training with a versatile understanding of diverse diets, cultures, and individual tastes and health needs.
